There is so much to consider when you are waiting for your new baby, and sometimes it can be a very anxious and unsure time.  You may feel like you have so many questions and no time to find or ask for all of the answers.  Reassurance that, yes, you can do this, might be all you're looking for.  Or, it may have been a few years since you last gave birth, and you are looking to approach birth with new information this time around.  Birth True Childbirth Education is happy to provide complete informational, support, and fitness services for the pregnant women of eastern Kentucky and their companions.  As well as the option of online classes for those outside of our region, or for those whose schedule doesn't allow time for in person classes.
